80s Sims 4 Custom Content To Dress Your Sims
I don't know about you but I find it impossible to make a set of sims without having at least one 80s themed outfit. With the addition of custom content, it's easier than ever to make these kinds of sims. But sometimes searching for the right CAS CC is difficult. This is my list of MUST-HAVE cc for 80s CAS.
Tops
NAMI SHIRT
The NAMI shirt is a simple button up jacket layered over a tee. Perfect for an 80s homage without going all in.
FANNY PACK SHIRT
The Fanny Pack shirt is a recolour, so it does require the mesh to be downloaded first. It features different graphic tees, the sleeves reminiscent of 80s camp shirts, with a fanny pack across the chest.
Denim jacket accessory
This shirt is not explicitly 80s themed, but I feel that paired with the right outfit, it definitely gives off the right vibe.
Horizons Set
The set includes 2 hairs, 2 shirts, 2 bottoms, a sock accessory and a necklace. All of which are appropriate for 80s themed sim customisation. Most feature the colour palettes that were prominent in the 80s, neutral with splashes of colour.
Reflection Set
The set includes 2 hairs, 2 tops and 2 bottoms. Similar to the Horizons set, the colours are muted but fun. It is more of a summer themed pack.
Bad Bowler Top
The shirt is a crop top, tied at the bottom with many colour choices. The pattern is similar to Hawaiian shirts which could be used for a Magnum P.I type of sim.
Vintage Jacket
The jacket comes in different colours, some of which are more vibrant than others. You cannot change the shirt, it is not an accessory.
Hairs

It reminds me of an 80s stay-at-home mother. It is the perfect mix of crimped and styled, with loose strands for authenticity.

The same creator as the previous one, it's a ponytail with a scrunchie.
IMVikai: Peony Hair
The hair is giving mullet but in the best way. I use it very often so you must say thank you for not gatekeeping this one.
Okruee Billy Hair
Speaking of mullets, this hair is based on Billy Hargrove's hair from Stranger Things, but it is perfect for any 80s themed sim.
Rhiannon Hair
I truly cannot recommend this hair more. It is one of my all time favourites that I have in my cc folder, even for my non-80s sims. It makes every sim look gorgeous and fun.
Full Body
Cindy Leotard with Tights
One of the only athletic wear that I give to my sims, and honestly it's a good excuse to actually send my sims for a run just so I can see it. It comes in many patterns and colours for more or less vibrancy.
Donna Hair
This is a more casual and modern hair that I think works for 80s characters. It could be used as a homage to the decade without it being so in-you-face.
